Knock knock, who’s there?
Hello!
I hope you are well.
I've been doing many things lately, experimenting with new ideas and materials. It is all still at an early stage, but I'm very excited about the outcomes.
In the meantime and in tribute of the Bitcoin halving, I've made another painting in the 'They say Bitcoin is a joke' series.
The Bitcoin halving is a pre-programmed event that occurs approximately every four years, reducing the block reward for miners by half. This mechanism reduces the rate at which new Bitcoin's enter the circulating supply.
So here it is..
'Knock knock, who's there?'
Oil on Linen
“…There once was a house made of fiat
Where three little pig bankers lived at
Planning their CBDC's
For people who don't own their keys.
In the spring of 2024
Halving honey badger knocked on their door
They got a notice that mining reward getting sparse
And a bitcoin was shoved up their arse.
The wolf was informed of their bluff
There was no need to huff and then puff
He saw orange crumbs belonging to Jill
And took from a bull a huge orange pill.
This sounds like a fairy tale, folks
And maybe you've heard bitcoin jokes
But when robin hood badger knocks on your door
A new age of orange will roar…”
Bidding started on Thursday and ends Saturday.
